The following text is composed
of fragments of the numerous obsecrations from my friend and Professor José Janilson towards authorities in the State of
Acre, Brazil, to enforce what is expected in the Brazilian Constitution
regarding the right to health, a right that so far has not been fully secured.
Janilson is cardiac
and has fought tirelessly to keep standing, considering he needs special
medication provided by the government, which not always offers the medicine,
and when the medication is available, the state gives sometimes him half only.
Were it not for the
charity of some doctors that now and again give him free samples of the medication,
Janilson would be in much more delicate situation...
Knowing his numerous obsecrations posted on facebook (profile: José
Janilson), I decided to give my contribution here on this blog, which is
already accessed in 39 countries.
Who knows we may well be heard, now that our country and our state do not hear
us!
BEING IS NOTHINGNESS

Sartre was wrong!
In his important work "Being and Nothingness", I
think in French is "L'Etre et le
Néant", could be corrected to something like "L'Etre est le Néant", more precisely "Being is Nothingness."
(…) Well, I do not
know whom to appeal to!
Even if ordered by
Justice – by virtue of Injunction – If I seek assistance from the State of Acre
to provide me a medication (Pradaxa 150mg) because of my heart problem, the
medication was secured only half of what had been requested. This medication
serves to soften the Atrial Fibrillation and assists in the prevention of Cerebrovascular
Accident (stroke), ischemia, and embolisms. And it seems that there is not much
interest in solving the problem. If I go to the medication dispensing service
of the Health Department of the State of Acre in search of the other half of my
NOT dispensed medicine, to my surprise, disgust, and expansion of disbelief,
but almost certain finding, there was not even a box of the medicine. That
first half was done in November, and it's been so long that if the medicine
would be ordered from Germany, which is the headquarters of the manufacturer of
the medicine, probably the medication would have arrived too.
Look! Nowadays in the
State of Acre, Northern Brazil, we are over 350 patients with pacemakers and
other implanted electronic devices. That’s it!: we are more than 350 (THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY)
citizen-taxpayers-voters-patients with heart disease corrected by some sort of
electronic device implanted in our bodies here in the State of Acre. Many of
these people need various kinds of remedies. I imagine that more than 10% of
this heart-diseased quota need to take this kind of medicine.
Ensuring health to the
citizens is a state duty in Brazil. But, despite being a constitutional
obligation, the authorities do not comply with it and prevaricate before
serious problems which are easy to solve. In fact authorities do not respect
what is mandated by law.
The problem is that
the taxpayer-voter-patient with such a device implanted in his body – besides
restrictions already imposed by the State – undergoes numerous social restrictions:
1 - should not pass the
doors of shops, banks, or any establishments with public access doors with
metal detectors or burglar, because such doors can affect or even deregulate the pacemaker. Imagine that
you go to the "Mall of Acre", and the shopkeeper does not give any
attention to you, without shutting down the system that can cause interference
and/or alter his pacemaker... How would you feel? Only you would be left wandering
the halls of that shed unable to enter the stores and standing in the aisles
looking as “sucker” (...) through the windows. (...);
2 - these same
“sucker” human beings need medication provided by the state, but they do not
have access to this medication correctly. Sometimes, the state provides it (by
half), other times it does not. (...);
3 - the persons who
are cardiac find some difficulty walking because their movement makes them feel kinda breathless. For that reason,
they almost do not go around for a walking. But if these same citizens own
cars, they do not have an appropriate place to park them because the transit authority does not provide an appropriate
space for these second-category citizens
to have a proper place to park and get around in search of goods and services
they need. (...);
How long should we
wait?!! The lawmakers we elected are, in most cases, shamefully illiterate. The government representatives also seem to
have no worries about this problem. No matter if they hold a degree in medicine,
or not. Well, they may think, it’s not my problem! Then, let them be damned!
It looks like Bertolt Brecht, writing on "Indifferent", was correct.
Well, I'm tired and fed up, so I'll remember two irreverent Brazilian singers Raul
Seixas referring to Silvio Brito asking to: "Stop the world that I wanna
get off." I can no longer stand so much indifference and lack of
commitment! "Because here on earth we will get only disgusting worms!"
I would like to
express my special thanks to Cardiologist Doctor Gilberto, who provided me with
some free samples of the medicine. Were it not for the charity of Doctor
Gilberto, I'd be completely without medication.
PS. But there is
something that makes me happy: you – powerful or make-believe authorities –
well, you are not IMMORTAL. Although
IMMORAL, you also will die! You also
will disappear from this planet! Well, I do not believe in hell, but if there
is one, may it consume you burning any existing genetic structure in you...
Therefore: BEING IS NOTHINGNESS! See, Sartre?!

O texto a
seguir é composto de fragmentos dos inúmeros apelos do amigo e Professor José
Janilson às autoridades acreanas para fazer valer o que está previsto na própria
Constituição Brasileira no tocante ao direito à saúde, direito esse que até
agora não lhe tem sido completamente assegurado.
Janilson é
cardiopata e tem lutado incessantemente para se manter em pé, haja vista
necessitar de medicação especial fornecida pelo Estado, que nem sempre dispõe
do medicamento e, quando o tem, só lhe cede pela metade.
Não fosse
a caridade de alguns médicos, que vez ou outra lhe cedem amostras grátis da
medicação, Janilson estaria em situação bem mais delicada...
Tendo
conhecimento de seus inúmeros apelos publicados no facebook (perfil: José
Janilson), decidi eu dar a minha contribuição aqui neste blog, que já é acessado em 39 países. Quem sabe assim
possamos ser ouvidos, já que o nosso país e o nosso Estado não nos ouvem!

O SER É O NADA

Na sua
importante obra "O Ser e o
Nada", acho que em Francês é "L'Être
et le Néant", poderia ser corrigido para algo como "L'Être est le Néant", mais
precisamente "O Ser é o Nada".
(...) Bem, eu já não sei a quem recorrer!
Se busco assistência do Estado do Acre para me
disponibilizar um remédio (Pradaxa 150mg) por conta do meu problema cardíaco,
mesmo sendo ordenado através da Justiça – por força de Liminar – com as devidas
instruções, o remédio foi garantido só a metade do que havia sido solicitado.
Esse remédio serve para amenizar a Fibrilação Atrial e auxilia na prevenção a
AVC (derrame), isquemia, e embolias. E parece que não há tanto interesse em
resolver o problema. Vou ao CREME – serviço de dispensação de medicação da
Secretaria de Saúde do Estado do Acre – próximo ao Hemoacre, em busca da outra
metade NÃO aviada do meu remédio, e
para minha surpresa, desgosto, e ampliação de descrença, mas quase certa
constatação, NÃO havia sequer uma caixa
do remédio. Essa primeira metade foi efetuada em novembro, e já faz tanto
tempo que daria pra ter mandado buscar até da Alemanha, que é a sede do
laboratório fabricante do medicamento. Já teria chegado também.
Vejam só: hoje
no Acre somos mais de 350 portadores de marca-passos e outros equipamentos
eletrônicos implantados (...). Isso mesmo:
somos mais de 350 (TREZENTOS E
CINQUENTA) cidadãos-contribuintes-eleitores-pacientes com cardiopatias corrigidas
por algum tipo de aparelho eletrônico implantado no corpo aqui pelo Estado.
Muitos destes seres humanos precisam tomar vários tipos de remédios. Imagino
que mais de 10% deste contingente cardiopata precisa tomar esse tipo de
remédio.
Garantir saúde aos cidadãos é dever do Estado.
Mas, apesar de ser uma obrigação constitucional, as autoridades não cumprem e
prevaricam diante de problemas sérios e fáceis de solucionar. Nem tampouco
respeitam o que é mandado pela Justiça.
O problema
é que o contribuinte-eleitor-paciente com um equipamento destes implantado no
seu organismo, além das restrições já impostas pelo Estado, sofre inúmeras
restrições sociais:
1 - não
deveria passar nas portas das lojas, bancos, ou quaisquer estabelecimentos de
acesso público com as portas com detectores antifurtos ou metálicos, porque as
tais portas podem afetar ou até desconfigurar o marca-passo. Aí, meu, lascou-se
tudo: imagine que você vai ao "shopping do Acre", e o lojista não dá
a mínima atenção a você, sem desligar o sistema causador de interferência e/ou
até desconfiguração no seu marca-passo, como você se sentiria? Só lhe resta perambular
pelos corredores daquele galpão sem poder entrar nas lojas e ficar feito um
abestado nos corredores olhando (...) através das vitrines. (...);
2 - estes
mesmos seres humanos precisam de medicamento fornecido pelo Estado e não têm
acesso de forma correta. Às vezes, o Estado disponibiliza (pela metade), outras
vezes, não tem. (...);
3 - o
sujeito que é cardiopata tem "dificulidades" para caminhar porque sua
movimentação o deixa com falta de ar. Por essa razão,
ele/a já quase não sai. Mas, se este mesmo cidadão possui um carro, ele/a NÃO
tem um local apropriado para estacionar porque a autoridade de trânsito não
contempla um espaço apropriado para este ser de segunda categoria ter um lugar
adequado para estacionar e se locomover em busca dos bens e serviços que
precisa. (...);
Até quando
esperar?!!! Os "pra-lamentares" que temos são, na grande maioria,
vergonhosamente pouco preocupados com a situação de quem já vive em situação
mais difícil ainda. Os representantes do
poder executivo também não parecem ter tanto interesse em resolver o problema.
Não importa se tem formação superior em medicina ou não! Bom, eles devem
pensar, o problema não é meu! Então, que se... !!! Parece que Bertolt Brecht,
ao escrever sobre "os indiferentes", estava correto.
Bem, eu já
estou cansado e de saco cheio, por isso vou me lembrar de Raul Seixas citando
Silvio Brito: "Parem o mundo que eu quero descer!". Já não aguento
mais tanto descaso e falta de compromisso! "Porque aqui na face da Terra
só bicho escroto é o que vai ter!"
Quero expressar meu agradecimento ao
Cardiologista Dr. Gilberto, que me disponibilizou umas amostras grátis com as
quais eu estou me virando. Não fosse ele, eu estaria completamente sem
medicação.

PS. Mas,
há algo que me alegra: vocês – autoridades com poder ou de faz-de-conta –
também, vocês não são IMORTAIS.
Apesar de IMORAIS, vocês também
morrerão! Vocês também sumirão deste planeta! Bem, eu não acredito em inferno,
mas se houver um, que ele os consuma queimando toda e qualquer estrutura
genética existente em vocês...
